1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using APK CLUB (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our two‑tool comparison feature, directory listings, and any submission forms, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website.

2. Our Services – Pairwise Only

APK CLUB provides:

• A directory of third‑party AI tools.
• A two‑tool comparison engine that allows you to select exactly two AI tools and view a structured feature comparison.
• Tool submission and correction request forms.

Important limitation: Our website only supports comparisons between two tools. Any attempt to compare three or more tools simultaneously is intentionally impossible by design. We do not offer, and will not offer, multi‑tool (3+) comparison tables.

3. Accuracy of Comparison Data

All comparison data is provided for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but:

• AI tools change pricing, features, and policies frequently.
• We rely on public information, manual reviews, and user submissions.
• We do not guarantee that every feature row in a two‑tool comparison is 100% up to date.

You are responsible for verifying critical information (e.g., pricing, data retention) directly with the tool provider before making a purchase or integration decision.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape or automatically request all possible pairwise comparisons (e.g., using bots to iterate over tool combinations) without our written permission.
• Manipulate the comparison interface to attempt a three‑way or four‑way view (e.g., via browser hacks).
• Submit false or misleading correction requests.
• Use our comparison tables for competitive intelligence to republish wholesale.
• Introduce malware or overload our servers.

We may ban IP addresses or users who violate these rules.

5. Tool Submissions & Listing

If you submit an AI tool for inclusion:

• You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display the tool’s name, logo, description, and feature tags within our directory and in any two‑tool comparison that involves your tool.
• We reserve the right to edit, categorise, or reject submissions (e.g., low quality, spam, offensive content).
• You may request removal or updates via the Contact page. We will process within 7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

• APK CLUB content – Our website design, comparison table layouts, original text, and “two‑tool only” interface are owned by us. You may not reproduce entire comparison tables without permission. Short excerpts with attribution and a link are allowed under fair use.
• Third‑party tool names and logos – Belong to their respective owners. We use them nominatively for identification and pairwise comparison. If you are a trademark owner and object, contact us.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links to AI tools are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you click and purchase a paid plan. This never affects the objective comparison data in our two‑tool tables. Sponsored listings are clearly labelled.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our pairwise comparisons.
• Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed $50 (USD).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify APK CLUB from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of any AI tool you discovered through our site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms (e.g., scraping all pairwise combinations).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via website banner.
